St. Thomas University is pleased to host the 2017 East Coast Student Leadership Conference from Friday, October 27th to Sunday, October 29th.

The conference will bring together 150 student leaders from East Coast universities to share ideas, become inspired, and leave determined to make a difference on their campuses and in their communities.

Our theme “New Wave Leadership: The Ripple Effect” was created to acknowledge that millennials are making positive change to the idea of what leadership is while contributing to their communities and on a global scale. We want to inspire student leaders to think about the unique role they play creating change.

The focus of the East Coast Student Leadership Conference will be on developing skills, building networks, and forming relationships through collaboration and a memorable weekend.  The conference will be comprised of workshops, networking and brainstorming sessions, social activities, round table discussions, student-led presentations, and keynote speakers, all designed to help students learn, grow, and prepare to take action.
